The words "Local Author Night" with an image of a book underneathOur book See You At The Summit has been available for one year and the Nashua Public Library has invited us to bring our copies for a Local Author Night, which is open to the public on Thursday, November 7.

It has been a tremendous year with almost one review a week helping us maintain a nearly perfect rating on Amazon. What I’ve enjoyed most is hearing how many people found something entirely different within the book which resonated for them.

What will our second year hold? Will we continue to find people purchasing our book for themselves, for friends, and for family as they help our book continue to rise as well?

Come out and join us with any questions you may have from your reading. Bring your book to have it signed or bring a friend to pick up a copy of the book while we share tales and “tails” since Autumn will be present to wriggle her way into your heart as well. There will be many other authors present and many stories to explore, but we promise to give our time and attention throughout the evening as we launch the second season for our book.

As a little extra incentive, at the end of the evening we’ll be giving away one copy of our book signed by Randy, Tracy, and even an Autumn “Pawtograph.” We’ll inscribe it for you as well and all you need to do is be present or designate someone to be present on your behalf.

How can you win the prize for yourself or a friend? We’ll draw randomly based on three simple things:

  1. If you share our blog on Facebook or Twitter by Wednesday night, we’ll give you an entry.
  2. If you have written a review in place by Thursday night, we’ll give you an entry.
  3. If you (or your proxy) are present and either of the above is true, we’ll do a random draw and gift a book to the winner at the end of the evening.

So I hope you’ll consider making the trip out to join us at the library on Thursday because I’d love to see See You At the Summit climb just a little higher — and with your help, it will.
